Ombudsmen za zaštitu potrošača BiH je uputio predstavku Zavodu za javno zdravstvo FBiH, nakon čega bi trebali imati konkretnije informacije u vezi sa slučajem pronalaska bakterija u flaširanim vodama kojih tu ne bi smjelo biti, rečeno je Feni iz Institucije ombudsmena za zaštitu potrošača BiH.
Naime, monitoringom Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Federacije BiH je utvrđeno da je sedam od 70 uzoraka sadržavalo bakterije koje ne smiju biti prisutne u vodi.
Javnost nije obaviještena o tome o kojim flaširanim vodama je riječ.
– Institucija ombudsmana za zaštitu potrošača u BiH, nažalost, nije ni na koji način bila uključena u navedene aktivnosti, zbog čega ne raspolažemo traženim informacijama. Zbog toga Vas upućujemo na Zavod za javno zdravstvo FBiH, kao tijelo koje je nositelj konkretnih aktivnosti u ovom slučaju. Nije poznato da li je u pitanju bio “monitoring” ili ispitivanje tržišta, niti ko je radio ispitivanje kvaliteta, jer kad je riječ o redovnim službenim kontrolama kvalitete vode iste su u nadležnosti inspekcijskih tijela entiteta i županija.
